Vinyl Colors:

Since all computers have different resolutions and settings, it is impossible to get “web safe” computer screen colors to precisely match the colors of our vinyl. These colors are provided for viewing purposes and may be slightly different. As you may already know, the actual vinyl colors are far more vibrant than what you see on the screen.

Ordering Information:

For your safety and convenience, accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express using a secure connection. We are 100% secure - feel free to check our Thawte certificate. Returns:

Custom Vinyl Graphics strives to be as flexible as possible.  Please contact us to see if your item is returnable.  MOST products in their original packaging can be returned if we receive them within 30 days.  DO NOT send any products back before receiving an RMA number and address from us.  Once we receive the product, you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. 

Please note the following 2 exclusions: 

1) Laminated rear window graphics are NOT returnable. 

2) All custom jobs are final sale. There are absolutely no returns on custom items whether the product has shipped or not.  Once a proof has been sent, there is no cancellation.

Shipping Costs:

We generally ship via USPS Priority to keep costs at their lowest.  Occasionally, products will be mailed via UPS Ground.  We NEVER charge handling fees!

Average processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. 
Custom orders are shipped 7-10 days from approval.
