Frequently Asked Questions about Your Order * How long will it take to receive my order? We have over 900 graphics available online. They are all available in multiple colors. Therefore, it is impossible for us to keep every style and every color in stock. Pinstriping, side graphics and rear window graphic orders are normally shipped out in less than 10 business days. Custom orders are shipped out in 5-15 days of approval of proof (depending upon the complexity of the order). * What if I don’t like the colors or the style… can I return it? Please see our return policy. * How much does shipping cost? We ship via UPS Ground, DHL and Priority Mail. Shipping costs are generally between $6-$12. Custom orders for magnets may be slightly more. * Do your graphics come with a warranty? Most graphics come with a 2-3 year warranty from their manufacturer. * How can I find out the status of my order? Please allow at least 2 weeks before contacting us about the status of your order. After that, please fill out our "Regarding an Existing Order" Form COMPLETELY so that we may quickly find the details of your order. * I need my order in a rush… can you expedite my order? That depends if we have it in stock. Please email us. * I didn’t receive an order confirmation… did my order go through? Please check your “spam” folder to be sure that your email program did not automatically put it in there. If not, please contact us. * Can I pay by check or money order? Yes. You can mail your check or money order to Custom Vinyl Graphics, PO Box 170, East Rockaway, NY 11518. Please be sure to include $10 for shipping. Please note, if you send a money order, we will process your order immediately. However, if you send a check, we will wait 7 days until it clears BEFORE we process your order. * I am hesitant to place my order online… can I speak with someone? Sure. Send us an email with your day and evening phone numbers. However, not to delay your order, rest assured that our website is 100% secure. We use a thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications and ordering by encrypting all data to and from the site. Thawte has checked and verified our site's registered domain name. What does this mean? It means that NONE of our representatives (or Managers) have access to your credit card information... everything is encrypted. Your website transactions are safer than telling a representative your credit card number order over the phone. On the lower left side of every page on our site, you will see a "secured by thawte" certificate. You can click on it to verify our security.
