Vinyl Colors: 
Since all computers have different resolutions and settings, it is impossible to get “web safe” computer screen colors to precisely match the colors of our vinyl. These colors are provided for viewing purposes and may be slightly different. As you may already know, the actual vinyl colors are far more vibrant than what you see on the screen. 

Ordering Information:
For your safety and convenience, accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express using a secure connection. We are 100% secure - feel free to check our Thawte certificate on the left side of every page. If you prefer, send us a letter with the item(s) you wish to purchase and a check or money order (including shipping costs)to the following address: Custom Vinyl Graphics, PO Box 170, East Rockaway, NY 11518.

Returns:
Custom Vinyl Graphics strives to be as flexible as possible.  Please contact us to see if your item is returnable.  MOST products in their original packaging can be returned if we receive them within 30 days.  DO NOT send any products back before receiving an RMA number and address from us.  Once we receive the product, you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping and a 25% restocking fee.  All custom jobs are final sale.

There are absolutely no returns on custom items whether the product has shipped or not.  Once a proof has been sent, there is no cancellation.
